- Booking information: passport details, photographs and other documents needed for your visa, flights and hotels.

How we use it
- To prepare your quote and contact you about your trip by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To book flights, hotels, transport and process your Umrah visa and insurance with our suppliers and the relevant authorities.
- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the suppliers and authorities needed to deliver your trip.
WhatsApp and email
When you send an enquiry, our website prepares your message and opens WhatsApp or your email app. Your message is then handled under the privacy terms of that service as well as this policy.

Documents are stored securely and only for as long as needed for your booking and our legal obligations.
